  Emergency Preparedness Table Top Exercise
  Child care providers are responsible for having an emergency plan for their centers that provides for the safety of their children, staff and parents. Equally as important is having peace of mind knowing that your plan has been practiced and your staff can adequately carry out their responsibilities in a crisis.
  The workshop provides an informal and stress-free environment for child care staff to simulate emergency situations while examining the roles, responsibilities, activities, and logistics associated with responding to an emergency situation. Participants are provided with a scenario and series of events that will encourage discussion to evaluate and resolve unfolding problems based on the center’s existing plans.
